In the mid-20th century,owners of the legendary “Casa Pepe” restaurant understood the needs of neighbors and visitors and founded a small and charming restaurant. Years later, it passed on its more traditional knowledge, converting it into the current Hotel Jova, a restaurant with rooms that complements culinary taste with the design and avant-garde space that it is today.
